At Trippy, we’re revolutionizing how people discover, consume, and engage with news and social content. As our Founding Technical Product Manager, you’ll take the lead in bringing this vision to life, leveraging your prior success in building and scaling similar apps.

You’ll bring your battle-tested expertise, ready to execute from day one, building a world-class product that resonates with users and scales seamlessly.
What You’ll Do:
• Strategic Ownership: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, leveraging your prior experience to avoid pitfalls and fast-track success.
• Execution Excellence: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle with precision—translating user needs into functional requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• User Engagement: Apply your deep understanding of what drives user engagement in social apps, creating features that foster community, stickiness, and daily active use.
• Social-First Innovation: Build features that drive sharing, virality, and network effects, leveraging your prior experience with social platforms.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine features, optimize performance, and ensure the product evolves to meet market demands.

• Experienced Builder: You’ve led product management for at least one successful social app, ideally taking it from early stages to scale.
• Proven Success: You have a track record of delivering products with high user engagement and retention metrics, and you understand what drives growth in social ecosystems.
• Strategic and Tactical: You can zoom out to define strategy while also diving into the details to solve execution challenges.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: You have a strong understanding of analytics tools and data-driven product iteration.
• Deep Domain Knowledge: You understand the nuances of social platforms—how people consume content, share it, and build habits around it.
• Agile Expert: You’re experienced in Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development cycles deliver tangible results quickly.
• Visionary Leader: You’re excited to shape a product that combines the best of social interaction with information and news delivery and have the leadership skills to inspire a cross-functional team.

• Built and launched or scaled a successful social app with measurable user engagement and growth.
